All puppies are subject to availability. Maselli Cane Corso reserves the right to:

  • Refuse a sale at our discretion

  • Decline an application if we believe the placement is not in the best interest of the puppy

  • Make final decisions regarding puppy placement

We prioritize the well-being of our dogs above all else.

3. Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

A deposit secures your place on a waiting list or reserves a specific puppy. Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeframe may result in forfeiture of the deposit and the puppy being made available to another buyer.

4. Payment Terms

Full payment terms will be outlined in the purchase agreement provided prior to puppy pickup. Payment methods and timelines will be clearly communicated.

Maselli Cane Corso reserves the right to cancel a sale if payment terms are not met.

5. Health & Veterinary Care

All puppies will receive age-appropriate vaccinations and veterinary care prior to placement. Specific health guarantees, if provided, will be detailed in the individual purchase agreement.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to continue proper veterinary care after the puppy leaves our possession.

6. Ownership Responsibility

By purchasing a puppy from Maselli Cane Corso, the buyer acknowledges that the Cane Corso is a guardian breed requiring:

  • Consistent training

  • Proper socialization

  • Strong leadership

  • Responsible ownership

Maselli Cane Corso is not responsible for behavioral outcomes resulting from improper handling, lack of training, or neglect.

7. Limitation of Liability

Maselli Cane Corso shall not be held liable for:

  • Injury or damages caused by a dog after transfer of ownership

  • Veterinary costs incurred after the puppy leaves our care (unless otherwise stated in a written health guarantee)

  • Misuse of website information

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Maselli Cane Corso and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Changes to Terms
